We are looking for a talented and deserving DJ to take the main stage at San Diego’s best New Year’s Eve party!
Please keep in mind we are looking for someone who is:
- SoCal located, within 200 miles of San Diego
- 21+
- Ability to DJ with traditional backline and no pre-recorded mix
- A love for house music and community
- A network of friends and fans that will be partying with you
- An understanding of an awesome opening set (not to exceed 123 BPM, no tracks from the headliners catalog)
- Positive attitude!
The contest winner will perform on the Main Stage before Kevin Knapp and Jimbo James!

Upon submitting your application, the judges will listen to your current mix and decide if you will move forward to the next stage of the competition.
Judges are the owners of The Deep End, Music is 4 Lovers, and In The Bag Productions.
Step 2: Finalists will be announced via The Deep End’s Instagram on December 11th.
Step 3: The finalists will be featured on our socials and fans will be encouraged to vote for their favorite DJ. We encourage you to post/share/etc to gain votes!
